Dr. Keehn and our clinical staff will be on sabbatical from 7.14.2024 until approximately 10.1.2024. Active or existing patients may contact the office via T-secure messaging through their portals. Messages will only be checked periodically while we are on sabbatical. If you are experiencing an emergency please call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Department.

At Lokahi Life Center we do require a 48 hour cancellation notice prior to the appointment. To cancel or reschedule your existing appointment, please contact our Dallas office.

We are currently not taking any new patients at this time for testing or therapy.
